To be completely transparent, Kim is a good friend of ours, so that is why we selected her to help us find a home in the Woodstock/Ingersoll area. I have personally had bad experiences in the past working with real estate agents, so it was very refreshing to work with Kim. She quickly obtained the picture of what we were looking for so only directed us to potential matches. We trusted Kim enough to take a look at some houses for us while we could not be there as we are about 1.5 hours away.
